The importance of Integrated Care in Primary Health for ADHD and Eating Disorders management: treating the whole patient.
It is essential that General Practitioners take the whole patient into account when managing a patient with ADHD. In particular, ADHD and ED frequently co-exist and it is vital that focus on the one does not distract from the screening for and management of the other. This presentation aims to provide GPs with a tool kit for identifying, managing and co-ordinating care for patients with ADHD and ED whilst identifying and addressing barriers to providing that integrated care.
